Over the years I have watched the dental industry evolve into what it is today. My goal is to reintroduce and reaffirm customer service and client and staff relationships.

 

So often the focus has been taken off the patients and placed solely on production goals. Production goals can sometimes cause a practice owner to lose sight of what really makes a practice successful. And, although there is much more to it than that, this is where it starts.
